How to avoid the flatulence which is produced by vegetables

Let them soak for about 8 hours with a little bicarbonate before cooking and discard the water.
Bring the vegetables to a boil for 5-10 minutes and then throw out that water.
Boil halfway through cooking, take the pot away from the heat for a few seconds.
Add herbs to your recipe, fennel seed, clove, pepper, cumin.
Eat them mashed.
