Properties of Kombucha tea

Kombucha is a living colony of bacteria and yeast that are obtained by a fermentation process. It is left to ferment in red or green tea with quality sugar in order to get a drink with a slight acidic taste full of properties. The main one is that it regenerates the intestinal flora, but it also has other benefits as it strengthens cell membranes, detoxifies and cleanses the body, enhances digestive and liver function, prevents that many toxic beings be absorbed in the intestine. The kombucha acids have a high antioxidant power and regenerative properties that eliminate rotten substances. It is also a drink rich in vitamins B, C, D, E and K, minerals (iron, potassium, zinc, manganese, copper, calcium, magnesium, fluorine) and enzymes.
