If we do not digest well what we eat, the nutrients they are not assimilated in a suitable way, also then the appearence digestive problem happen such as stomach acidity, constipation, gases, distension.

The fermentation takes place when the sugar and starch turn into poisonous substances, carbon dioxide, alcohol and acetic acid. This happens when the sugar remains in the stomach, since the sugar is digested in the intestine, not in the stomach and if it spend a lot of time in the stomach it ferments while the rest of food should be digested. For example if after eating meat you eat a sweet, the dessert will remain in the stomach while the meat should be digested and the sweet stays in the stomach and ferments

The putrefaction part occurs when the decomposition of protein produces toxic substances. It is not appropriate to mix protein and starch because each one is digested in a different environment. The protein requires an acid environment to be digested starch and the change is digested in an alkaline medium.
