Detox after the Holidays

The holidays have ended and we begin the new school year. After some summer excesses, the beers on the terrace, snack foods and the pleasures that everyone has wanted to give into we go back to the routine and in order to get off to a good start I bring you the following steps to follow to flush you of the "sins" of this summer.
Since this week begins September we are going to do a cleansing of our body during the next few days, It would great the extende the cleanse until Sunday but you can also do it untill Friday and get great benefits.
Ideally, start the day with a glass of warm water with lemon and follow with a smoothie which contains 1 fruit (Apple, pineapple, kiwi, pear) 1 lemon or orange green leafy vegetables (spinach, lettuce, Arugula, mint, carrot leaves, celery) and water.
Optional: stevia, cinnamon.
During the days that you've proposed you this cleansing of your body does not consume any of these foods:
Coffee
Tobacco.
Alcohol.
Soft drinks.
Gluten (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oat, kamut).
Chocolate.
Refined oils.
French fries.
Products of animal origin (meat, fish, eggs, sausages, milk, cheese, yoghurt).
Refined flour (pasta, bread, pizza, biscuits, rice crackers that are not comprehensive).
Don't panic when you read the list, there are still food that you can eat:
Vegetables: seasonal, mainly green leaf, (spinach, carrots, cabbage, celery, broccoli, watercress, lettuce, Arugula), radishes, Endive, debolla, avocado, garlic, cauliflower, asparagus, lettuce, artichokes, mushrooms, fennel, sprouts
Fruit: Apple, pear, pineapple and papaya
Vegetables.
Grains: Brown rice, quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth and millet.
Throughout the day, drink lots of water or purifying teas (boldo, milk thistle, dandelion, horsetail).
If you are not even taking healthy eating and want to start after these days, to go little by little you can start reducing the amount of food that you're eating from this list and you will have already taken a big step.
