Kefir is a fermented by microorganisms, has bacteria and yeasts resistant to stomach acids, very beneficial for health. This probiotic regulates the digestive function, eliminating pathogens and is an antioxidant. It contains similar amounts of protein, fat and minerals as milk, but unlike that kefir protein is easier to digest because lactose is converted to lactic acid.
