Have you thought losing weight? don't know where to start?
The best choice for weight loss and body fat is combining aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Aerobics, are exercises of low to medium intensity such as running, swimming, cycling, in terms of anaerobic exercise they are high-intensity activities requiring great effort, such as weights, abdominal, speed racing.
It was found that doing aerobic exercise enabled more weight loss, but with anaerobic exercises was better at decreasing percentage of body fat, therefore, a combination of both is the best choice if you want to lose weight and fat.
Plan your week to organize exercises of the two types, keep in mind that when you do strength exercises, you must leave a day of rest to return to train the same muscle group with weights.
Within the aerobic exercise it is ideal to practice high-intensity intermittent exercise, you get to lose more fat than just doing low intensity exercise. What are these type of exercises?
