Ingredients

3 Tomatoes
1//2 Pepper
1/2 Onion
1 Garlic clove
1 Pinch of sugar
Salt
Spices
Oil
Breadcrumbs
1. Cut the pepper, onion and garlic and saute over medium heat.

2. Grate the tomatoes and add to the pan.
3. Put a little sugar, salt and spices. Leave 5 minutes.
4. Add one cup of water and cook for 30 minutes over low-medium heat, stir occasionally.

5. After 30 minutes, beat everything and add the juice of half a lemon. While you're breaking bread crumbs added slowly until you have a spreadable texture.
