Chocolate nougat

300 gr. Black chocolate 70%

150 ml. Oat/soy/rice milk

100 gr. Puffed rice

As Christmas approaches, I bring you a very simple and healthy nougat recipe. 70% dark choclate was used, you can use the percentage you but the higher the percentage the better and healthier. Try to buy ecological rice (puff it or buy it this way). I use oatmeal Milk, but you can change it according to your taste as there are many different types such as almond, rice, coconut, etc. 1 heat the milk and chocolate in a saucepan and stir is until the choclate is completely melted. 2. when it is no longer lumpy, turn off the heat and let it cool a little so that rice is not ruined. 3 Add the puffed rice to the chocolate and spread the mixture in a container or several small ones.

4. Put it in the freezer.
