Tofu and vegetables quiche

2 Onions 2 Cloves of garlic 400 gr. Spinach 1 Zucchini 120 ml. Soy milk 15 gr. yeast 5 gr. Pepper 5 gr. Turmeric 10 gr. Parsley 10 gr. Basil 5 gr. Oregano 5 gr. Salt

1. Cut the onions and garlic into small pieces and put them on medium heat.

2. Cut the zucchini and spinach and add them to the onion when it is clear.

3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees 4. Puree the tofu in the blender and add the soy milk, spices and yeast and the beat everything again. 5.Add this mixture to the pan and stir for 5 minutes along with the vegetables with the heat turned off.

6. Grease the mold and pour in the mixture.

7. Put the oven to 180°/350ºF and bake for 15-20 min.
